
OnePlus Nord 5 Camera Details Revealed Ahead of July 8 Launch; Buds 4 to Offer Up to 55dB ANC

OnePlus Nord 5 is set to launch in India on July 8 alongside the OnePlus Nord CE 5. Meanwhile, the OnePlus Buds 4 TWS earphones are also scheduled to be unveiled on the same day. Ahead of the launch, the company has revealed key features about the upcoming Nord 5 and the Buds 4 TWS. Recently, the company confirmed that the OnePlus Nord 5 will feature a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC. Now, the camera specifications of the phone have been revealed.
OnePlus Nord 5 Camera Specifications Revealed
The OnePlus Nord 5 will be equipped with a dual rear camera unit, comprising a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-700 primary sensor and an 8-megapixel 116-degree ultra-wide shooter, the company confirmed in a press release. The smartphone will offer a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 sensor at the front.
Both front and rear cameras of the OnePlus Nord 5 will support 4K video recording at 60fps. The smartphone will support a LivePhoto feature as well. It is confirmed to get a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC and support LPDDR5X RAM. The phone is claimed to offer up to 144fps gaming thanks to a 7,300sq mm VC cooling chamber.

The OnePlus Nord 5 may offer an IP65 dust and water-resistant build, a 5,200mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging support, and a 6.83-inch 120Hz full-HD+ (1,272x2,800 pixels) AMOLED display. It will likely support 8GB and 12GB of RAM, coupled with 256GB and 512GB storage options.
OnePlus Nord 5 is expected to be available in Dry Ice, Marble Sands, and Phantom Grey colourways. Meanwhile, the OnePlus Nord CE 5 could be sold in Black Infinity and Marble Mist colour options.

OnePlus Buds 4 ANC Features Confirmed
OnePlus has also confirmed that the Buds 4 TWS earphones will support up to 55dB adaptive active noise cancellation (ANC). They are claimed to offer a 3D Audio experience and LHDC 5.0 audio codec support. The headsets will come with dual DAC driver units and support a Gaming Mode that is claimed to provide up to 47ms ultra-low latency. The earphones will be offered in Storm Grey and Zen Green colourways.
